An adhesive mortar designed to be used in bonding polyurethane foams, polystyrene foams, insulating materials and similar materials.

APPLICATION AREAS

LATHER YP EXTRA is applicable in bonding of heat and noise insulation systems, insulation of refrigerated storerooms, adhesion of decorating plates.

APPLICATION METHOD

The surface of application should be smooth and flat and free of dust, oil, grease, dirt, dye, etc. ant loose particles on the surface should be removed bye a brush or compressed air.

Mix 25 kg of LATHER YP EXTRA powder with 5.5-6 kg of clean water, ensuring that the mixture is not getting lumpy. Wait for 10-15 min allowing the chemicals to dissolve water and/or powder should be added in the hardener mortar. When any interruption occurs within this working period, the mortar should be remixed before using again. Do not prepare too much mortar that cannot be used within the 3 hours working time.
