HEAT INSULATION PANEL BONDING MIX AND PLASTER
METHOD AND FIELD OF APPLICATION
It is used as heat insulation panel bonding mix and plaster
25 kg Kayaflex 5.5-6 kg is mixed with clean water without lumping. Use of drill is recommended during mixing. The mix is applied by remixing after letting to dwell for 10 minutes before application. This mixture must be used within 3 hours and no water or powder must be added to the material which has started to set after this period .It is recommended that the surface is moisturized in bonding applications. After application to the surface, the material is bonded by combing and pressing unto the panel. In plaster applications ,the mix in hand is applied to the plaster net by trowel then the second coat is applied to the net. The surface is finished by sponge before fully setting. It is recommended that panels overlap by 10cm to prevent cracking at joints. The panel must be applied by turning minimum 20 cm at corners and all beam window and door frames. No application must be made below +5C and +30C.No application must be made in highly humid or hot weather under the sun.
