PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ANTIKOR is a joint filler reinforced with special chemicals which can be used both indoors and outdoors, it provides water-proofing for areas which are continually in contact with water and contains special agents which are resistant to air, pressurized water and freezing.

APPLICATION AREAS

ANTIKOR FUGA is used for filling of materials such as tiles, ceramics, mosaic tiling, etc. in areas such as pools, terraces, water tanks and balconies.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surfaces to be filled must be clean, then wiped with a wet sponge and the filler should be fed into the joint with a soft spatula. The surface should be smoothed over with the help of a rubber trowel. Once the applied filler has sufficiently set, the excess should be wiped away from the ceramic with a cloth. In order to apply joint filler 24 hours should pass for horizontal surfaces and 48 hours for vertical surfaces.

ANTIKOR FUGA is available in 20 kg powder form and should be mixed with 5.5-6 kg of

clean water taking care to avoid lumps forming. Then the mixture should be left alone for 10-15 minutes to allow the chemicals to dissolve. The mixture should be used up within 2 hours, after this period no more water or powder should be added to the set mortar. If an interval occurs during application, the mixture should be mixed again before resuming work. Only an amount sufficient for 2 hours use should be prepared.
