PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

YEYMET ZM 300 is a multi-purpose mortar which contains special chemicals, additives and selected aggregrate and has high durability once it has fully set.

PRODUCT’S PROPERTIES

YEYMET ZM 300 is resistant to high pressure and erosion, does not shrink and crack after fully setting, its consistency can be adjusted with water according to its purpose and is a cement-based grey powder mortar mixture.

APPLICATION AREAS

It can be used for repairing damaged floors without the need for another surface hardener; for fixing purposes where strength is required and pulling is undesirable in areas such as machinery, installations and silos; and it is preferred for its mechanic factors and water - resistance when filling cracks and chips on surfaces.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

 The surface should be clean and free from loose particles and dirt, application should not be carried out in weather conditions below +5 °C. the floor to be repaired should not have humps which would reduce the thickness of the application (in these conditions if the application thickness is more than 10 mm resistance to heavy loads will increase). For applications carried out with a fluid consistency there should be no deep cracks on the floor surface.

 For the repair of pitting and flaws on floors which are subject to heavy loads care must be taken to ensure that the mortar thickness of YEYMET ZM 300 is uniform over the whole surface. Increasing the mortar applied with vibration or cylinder techniques increases the resistance

The application surface should be wetted to prevent sudden water loss however no water should be allowed to accumulate. In order to obtain a normal consistency according to the intended purpose 25 kg YEYMET ZM 300 should be mixed with 4 kg of water, to obtain a more fluid consistency 4.5 kg of water should be used and mixed with a suitable mixer such as a drill fitted with a mixer head. In order to obtain a complete reaction with water and a good mixture, the water should be added slowly at frequent intervals and mixing should be continued a while longer. Once the mixture is ready application should begin immediately.

In order to prevent sudden water loss of completely set YEYMET ZM 300, it should be wetted at frequent intervals. According to weather conditions, this procedure may last for 1-5 days. Curing could be carried out with water but it is recommended that DURACURE is used.

USAGE

It depends on deep of hole and damage of floor. Average using is 2 kg/lt.
