PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

YEYMET ANK  is a dense, fluid easy to use mortar which does not shrink and is used where high resistant fixing is required.

PRODUCT’S PROPERTIES

YEYMET ANK  is a mortar which has been reinforced with specially selected aggregrate,  retre preventive and flow increasing chemical agents. As it is a fluid, it is easy to apply, can be used with a pump and can fill narrow cavities. It does not cause shrinkage.

APPLICATION AREAS

It is preferred in workplaces on machinery, installations and silos where strength is required and its non- shrinking easy to apply fluid form is preferred for its strength against mechanic influences in fixing floor installations and filling out cavities.

 METHOD OF APPLICATION

The surface must be clean, free of moving parts and debris. Application must not be carried out in weather conditions colder than +5 ºC.

The application surface must be fed with water by watering at regular intervals to prevent sudden water loss however there must be no accumulated water prior to application. Care must be taken to ensure that there is no water accumulation within the anchorages. Before YEYMET ANK  receives its first jack the mortar must be prevented from moving, therefore machines and heavy duty machinery must be prevented from shaking the unset mortar.

 4-4.5 kg water is placed in a clean container and 25 kg of YEYMET ANK  is added and mixed with a suitable mixer such as a drill fitted with a mixer head. YEYMET ANK  should be added at short intervals then mixed for a further 5 minutes. Curing is important to prevent YEYMET ANK  from excessive water loss. DURACURE is recommended for the curing process.

USAGE

It depends on deep of hole . Average using is 2,4 kg/lt.
