In powder form, colored and modified printed floor hardener developed for application on newly poured concrete surfaces, special cement based, containing high quality quartz aggregates.

USAGE AREAS

Dust repellent, resistant to abrasion at exterior and interior on all surfaces, economic floor covering material. A material which has a wide usage areas such as vehicle roads, pavements, shopping centers.

APPLICATION METHOD

VANESSO 400 application should start when it reaches the consistence to be applied on the concrete, meaning when there is space 3-5 mm deep on the concrete.   Before starting this application, water and damp exist on the floor should be removed. During application 4.5-5 kg VANESSO 400 is sprikled on the surface and after wetted it is levelled with trowel. Later, immediately material called mould seperator is sprinkled on the surface and printing process is carried out with the moulds. After 48 hours surface is washed thoroughly with pressurized water.VANESSO 400 is applied for protection and operation is completed.
