An efficient separator chemical that can be spread to wooden and derivative moulds in concrete casting, does not leave residue and color on the mould, by providing water impermeability prolonges mould’s life, protects concrete.

YEPROL WOOD  does not harm the moulds and concrete, enables smooth, stainless concrete casting. Does not allow defects on surfaces, does not cause swelling at wooden moulds. Not affected from cold and hot. Can be applied with brush or spray. Does not leave residue on concrete and cause color change.

APPLICATION AREAS

Used at white or natural concretes with any type of wooden moulds used in concrete casting.

MIXTURE

Applied directly. Do not use product prepared but to be utilized later without shaking.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surface should be dry and as much clean as possible. Application can be carried out with spray as well as brush. Wet moulds should

be made to dry, if there any other type of mould separator, paint or bitumen previously used on the mould it is recommended that they are separated from the mould. YEPROL WOOD  should be applied as a thin layer, however since some type of wooden moulds can absorb immediately it might be required to spread one more layer on those surfaces.

Depending on surface smoothness and type of mould it is 80-100 Gr/m².
