PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an efficient separating chemical which products the concrete as well as increasing the life-term of the mold, it does leave any residue or coloring in the mold and can be applied to steel molds during concrete casting.

YEPROL STEEL is not harmful to molds and concrete and ensures a smooth, unblemished concrete casting. It does not cause flaws on the surface or rust in the molds. It is not affected by heat or cold. It can be applied either with a brush or a spray gun. Besides not leaving any residue on the concrete it also does not cause discoloration.

APPLICATION AREAS

It can be used for tunnel mold magazine installation used in concrete casting and for the white or natural colored concrete of all kinds of steel molds.

 METHOD OF APPLICATION

The surface should be dry and as clean possible. The application may be carried with either a brush or a spraygun. Care must be taken to dry wet molds and to remove any other brand or type of mold separator, paint

or bitumen which may be remaining in the mold. YEPROL STEEL should be applied as a thin layer.

USAGE

It depends on type of  mold and surface’ s roughness 60-80 gr/m2.

STORAGE
