An efficient separator chemical that can be applied to any type of moulds in concrete casting, that does not leave residue and color, as well as providing  water impermeability and prolonging life of mould it protects the concrete.

YEPROL REEL does not damage moulds and concrete, enables smooth, stainless concrete casting. Does not allow defects on surfaces, does not cause rust on metal moulds and swelling on wooden moulds.  Not affected from cold and hot. Can be applied with brush and spray. Does not leave residue on the concrete and cause color change.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

Used at white or natural concretes with any type plastic, wooden and metal moulds used in concrete casting.

APPLICATION METHOD

 Surface should be dry and as much clean as possible. Application can be made with spray as well as a brush. Wet moulds should be allowed to dry, if there are any other types mould separator, paint or bitumen used previously on the mould, it is recommended that they are separated from the mould.

YEPROL REEL should be spread as a thin layer, however since some type of wooden moulds can absorb immediately spreading one more layer to those surfaces might be required.

Depending on surface smoothness and mould type is 0,150 gr/m².

STORAGE
