APPLICATION AREAS

Yeykim RX 140 pure acrylic adhesive is developed to adhere any type PVC based floor tiles (vinyl, hard, PVC, floor tiles, carpet, linoleum, polytefin, rubber etc.). Can be used easily especially on floors of places such as schools hospitals, business centers, etc where there is heavy traffic.

METOD  OF APPLICATION

Surface to be applied should be clean and dry. Toothed trowel should be chosen according to material to be applied. For example, for PVC roll type materials thin, thick toothed trowel should be used.  Material should be mixed after it is opened. According to the type of floor covering material pasting process is carried out after adhesive applied to the surface is left for about 15 – 20 minutes. Better results can be achieved if the floor is damp. Care should be taken so that the temperature on average is kept between +10 C degrees and + 30 C.  Yeykim multi purpose adhesive can also be used with confidence in under floor heating systems.

USAGE QUANTITY

Changes according to evenness of floor to be applied or type of adhesive material. Average 205-300 Gr/m2. For carpet and linoleum 400 – 500 Gr/m2 is used.
