APPLICATION AREAS

Yeykim RX 060 water base tile carpet adhesive is used for non slipping and holding purposes for tile carpets. For this purpose specially developed adhesive should be used for absorbent and non absorbent surfaces. It is suitable for carpets to be removed easily later and re-adhered. Can be used with confidence especially at leveling alums that have slight absorption or classic alum concrete, asphalt, mosaic and wooden floors.

APPLICATION METHOD

 Surface to be applied should be clean and dry. Especially on weak or very absorbent surfaces material diluted with 1:1 water should be applied as prime coat and left to dry. Material should be applied with sponge roll to the surface. After material is covered completely on the floor with sponge roll wall edges and corners are applied with brush. Application should be carried out not by pouring the material on the floor but by taking it from a bucket or a roll container. Floor to be applied should be left to dry completely after floor covering operation.

USAGE QUANTITY

Consumption quantity changes according to evenness and absorption of applied surface. On average there is 50 – 80 Gr/m2 consumption. On absorbent surfaces two fold application should be implemented.
