YEYCURE 200  is a water base, transparent, dust resistant surface hardener that can be applied to freshly poured concrete.

PRODUCT’S PROPERTIES

YEYCURE 200 is a colorless, easily used, surface protector with density of about 1 kg/m2 and usable for cement base all floor systems. Chemicals within its structure reacts with cement and form a layer on the surface. This layer enables normal concrete to have permanent properties such as being harder, dust proof, resistant to mechanical effects, more durability against water and humidity.

APPLICATION AREAS

Can be used at places like car garages, work shops – factories, walking lanes, warehouses which have old or freshly poured cement based floors and all places where floors are not preferred to be hard and dusty.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surface should be clean, dry and dust free. On new concretes reaction is required to be completed (According to concrete type this period is about 3-4 weeks ).  If there are any pieces on the surface which are not attached properly, they should be removed with help of compressed air or a brush with hard bristles.   Application can be implemented with a brush or suitable roll. YEYCURE 200 should be shaken before usage.  It should be allowed to apply to whole surface evenly. Application is carried out in two stages. However, on some surfaces to exceed the recommended quantity or a third layer might be required.

USAGE QUANTITY

Depending on surface smoothness and application thickness it is 200 – 300 g/m² at each layer.

STORAGE

Product should be kept in a dry and cool place. Product should be protected from frost. Product should be shaken before usage. Shelf life under suitable conditions is 1 year.
