DURACURE 100 forms a protective layer by penetrating into surface’s structure on absorbent surfaces such as concrete, alum. This layer prevents dusting of surface, prevents humidity without hindering vapor and air, provides resistance against weather conditions.                                             It is the chosen acrylic cure material for freshly poured concrete and alums, repair put                 ty, etc.

APPLICATION AREAS

Used as cure material for applications requiring curing such as freshly poured concrete, plasters and alum, improves resistance to weather conditions of buildings at exterior face, prevents surfaces getting affected from water and humidity. It does not hinder surface from breathing.  Forms a protective layer against weak chemicals. Increases resistance against abrasion on all absorbent surfaces and concretes, provides dust proof property.  Extends life of structures such as wooden, brick. DURACURE 100 is not suitable for glazed and non absorbent surfaces.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Surface should be clean and dry. If there is humidity on the surface during application DURACURE 100 can loose its transparent structure. However it shall return to its original form upon drying, for this reason, depending on the weather conditions  surface should be protected from rain and damp for about 3-4 hours or damp surfaces should be dried with means such as compressed air.  During application good ventilation should be provided, kept away from fire and heat sources. Application can be carried out with brush or spray. DURACURE 100 is implemented in two stages. 2. layer depending on weather conditions can be carried out 5-6 hours after first layer application.

USAGE QUANTITY

Depending on the smoothness of surface and thickness of application it is 120 – 160 g/m² for each layer.
