ANTFİX 100  water reducing, setting accelerator, viscosity improver, protector of mortar and concrete from frost, antifreeze additive complies with ASTM C494TEPE E standard.

Can be used within concrete and mortar under cold weather conditions; due to its active additives according to water/cement type can provide utilization of fresh concrete and cement based putty to –10 ºC.

In lower weather temperatures;

For ready concrete;

If pouring is definitely required within the frame work of concrete casting, from the products included in mixture gradation (mix design) sand, aggregate and water can be heated and 2% used in ANTFIX 100 product, this way problem can be solved.

USAGE

 In order to determine additive ratio trial mixtures depending on weather conditions should be carried out. Recommended consumption ratio is 1-2% of cement weight used.

ANTFIX 100 is used with every type of cement. Can not be mixed with other additives.
